Bob Dylan/November 24,2001/Boston,MA

This was my 3rd and final time seeing Bob in concert. Many thanks again to my brother Sam for letting me stay at his place for this show.

This was my first post-9/11 concert, and things had changed. Back in June at the Fleet Center,I was allowed into the Clapton show with a backpack, and no questions were asked. Not so this time. No backpacks allowed this time, and security was very visible.

Dylan had a top-notch band on this tour. He was promoting his recent "Love and Theft" album while satisfying us with the classics. An older guy sitting next to me predicted a "Rainy Day Women #12 and 35" opener. Nope. Bob did play it toward the end of the set, though. I also recall "Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum" at some point. Not much else remains in my memory. A solid show.
